Following the discovery, the FCT Police launched an investigation to determine the circumstances leading to the incident.

In a statement released on Tuesday, the command’s spokesperson, Josephine Adeh, revealed that preliminary investigations identified the deceased as a 33-year-old male named Ifeanyi Chukwu-Agah Benedict.

According to Adeh, Ifeanyi hailed from Afikpo North Local Government Area of Ebonyi State and resided in the Dapé area of Karmo, Abuja, before his untimely death. The police have contacted Ifeanyi’s family, who are cooperating with the ongoing investigation.
