Qatar Airways and Access Bank have announced an extension of their partnership, offering up to 12% discounts on both business and economy class tickets through December 2024. This promotion is available to Access Bank customers who book flights online via Qatar Airways’ website using the promo code “ACCESS.”
The extended deal aims to reduce financial barriers to air travel and is part of Qatar Airways’ ongoing commitment to enhancing travel options within and across African markets. Hendrik du Preez, Qatar Airways’ Vice President for Africa, emphasized that despite Africa being one of the most underserved regions, such partnerships are vital for transforming travel across the continent.
The extension follows Qatar Airways’ recent expansion of routes and increased flight frequencies across Africa, reinforcing its global network of over 160 destinations.
Access Bank’s Executive Director for Corporate and Investment Banking, Iyabo Soji-Okusanya, expressed excitement about the continued partnership, highlighting that the discounts are intended to enhance the travel experience for their customers and make travel more accessible.
