In a recent Instagram post, Rhodes-Vivour emphasized that this pattern highlights the nation’s lack of local production, contributing to unemployment and the naira’s devaluation.
He called for urgent efforts to boost productivity at both local and national levels, stating that Nigeria’s path forward lies in shifting from a consumption-based to a production-focused economy.
