Our attention has been drawn to a Publication by Arewa purporting that our Law Firm (Chatham Partners) vide our Managing Partner Douglas Najime Esq authored and submitted a Petition on behalf of our Client Mundasa Global Co. Ltd or its Managing Director Alh Muhammed Dahiru Salihu to the Department of State Security Services against the Commander Mining Marshal ACC John Attah Onoja alleging bribery of =N=50, 000, 000 (Fifty Million Naira Only) We therefore write to disassociate ourselves from the said publication as we did not at any point submit any Petition against ACC John Attah Onoja to the Department of State Security Services at all. We are therefore calling on all and sundry to discountenance any such publication as it is made without our consent and it is patently false.
