An advocacy group under the Project Victory Call Initiative has announced the upcoming annual event, ‘i-Walk 4 EFCC 2024,’ scheduled for Saturday, October 5. The walk, focused on promoting Economic and Financial Creativity for a Greater Country (EFCC), aims to raise awareness against financial crime and cultural corruption in Nigeria.
The event, which will be held in collaboration with various organizations including MasterBuilder Communications, Creative Designers Guild of Nigeria (CDGN) Nollywood, Muslim Democrats, and the Apostolic Round Table, is designed to foster unity and push for better governance.
Dr. Bolaji O. Akinyemi, the convener and CEO of MasterBuilders Communications, emphasized the need for collective action against economic and financial crimes, stressing that good governance can only be achieved through nationwide efforts to combat corruption. The walk is expected to draw participation from i-Walkers and other patriotic Nigerians committed to building a greater nation.
