Kaduna State Governor, Uba Sani, has vowed to ensure justice for 16-year-old Ismail Muhammad, who was killed by a soldier during a hunger protest in the Samaru area of Zaria. Governor Sani expressed his deep condolences to the family and announced that a high-powered delegation, led by the Overseeing Commissioner for Internal Security, Samuel Aruwan, has been sent to offer support.
