Manchester United’s recent signing, Leny Yoro, was seen using crutches and a protective boot at the club’s training facility in UCLA, sparking concerns about an injury.

Yoro, who joined Manchester United from Lille in a £52 million deal, was forced to leave the field during a pre-season match against Arsenal due to an injury to his foot. The 18-year-old defender’s condition is currently being evaluated by the club’s medical team, and manager Erik ten Hag has not yet provided an update on his recovery. United is preparing for upcoming fixtures against Real Betis and Liverpool.

In transfer news, Crystal Palace is nearing an agreement to sign winger Ismaila Sarr from Marseille in a £12.5 million deal. The 26-year-old is expected to finalize a five-year contract with Palace.

Sarr, who previously shone at Watford with 34 goals in 131 appearances and contributed significantly to Marseille last season with five goals and six assists, also brings international experience. He has scored 13 goals in 64 caps for Senegal, including winning the Africa Cup of Nations in 2021.
