Pastor William Kumuyi, the General Overseer of Deeper Life Christian Ministry, has called on Nigerian youths to engage in meaningful dialogue with the Federal Government to bring about positive socio-economic change in the country. Speaking at the Port Harcourt Airport on Wednesday, Kumuyi emphasized that constructive conversations are essential for achieving social impact and transformation.
Kumuyi was in Rivers State for a six-day event organized by the Change Makers International Initiative (CMII), which he described as a non-religious and non-partisan movement focused on driving positive change in Nigeria. He stressed the importance of every individual, family, and institution working together to address the country’s social, economic, and moral challenges.
The clergyman highlighted that blame and accusations will not solve Nigeria’s problems; instead, a collective effort towards positive change is necessary. He urged all Nigerians, regardless of their background, to contribute to the nation’s transformation by fostering love, respect, and understanding.
Kumuyi concluded by encouraging everyone to make personal changes in their attitudes and interactions, which would collectively lead to national and even global change.
