Nigerian singer Tems, born Temilade Openiyi, recently dispelled rumors suggesting she was pregnant with American rapper Future‘s child. The rumors began after her appearance at Burberry’s Spring/Summer 2024 London Fashion Week show last December, where her outfit sparked speculation.
In an interview on ‘The Breakfast Club’, Tems humorously addressed the speculation, expressing confusion over why Future was the focus. She wondered why other artists like Wizkid or Drake weren’t mentioned instead, saying, “Why Future? Why not Wizkid? Why not Drake?”
Tems attributed the rumors to Future’s reputation as a ladies’ man. She also shared her musical influences, including Lil Wayne, Kendrick Lamar, Drake, and others.
